Hey dad. I turned 14 recently and I miss you and hope that you are here with me as I am typing this and I love you so much and wish you were here.

Christmas 2009: 3rd X's a charm,its kinda like test stress! I got new pictures of Karla & Kash,he has your hair cut! They are beautiful you would have beamed with pride!I keep thinking things will get better & they have,@ times I had got a card for you & was going to give it to you on Kash's 1st, it reads as follows...

I worked with Chad at Odyssey Hospice and he was a wonderful nurse and person. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I work at DOHC in the Medication Management Dept.I was so sad to hear about Chad's passing.We talked on the phone everyday at least 10 times to get the meds for his pt's undergoing tx @ MOC.He was a dedicated and caring nurse.
He was loved by his pts,friends and co-wokers and he will be missed.

I worked with Chad at Dr Ma's office, it was a joy working with him. He was a really good person and he will be missed by alot of people. My sympathizes go out to his wife, which he always talked about, and to his son, that he truly loved so much.

I had the opportunity to work with Chad at Odyssey Hospice. I would see Chad outside before work and he would be listening to his iPod. I would always wave or say good morning. I will miss seeing him there. He was caring to all his patients and always polite to everyone. He will be missed.

I worked with Chad at the infusion Center. He was a good person and great to work with and talked so much about his family.I was so shocked and sad to hear about his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
