Chancey Scott Standlee

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Chancey Standlee at the age of 42, on August 4, 2024 at his home in Wolf Creek, OR. He was born August 8, 1981 in Twin Falls, ID to Scott Flinn and Tena Livingston.

Chancey grew up in Kimberly, ID and later moved to Meridian, ID where he finished his middle and high school years.

Chancey learned the value of hard work from his Grandpa Gene Standlee. He spent summers working in the fields for his Grandpa. Chancey could fix just about anything and break it as well. We loved his perseverance and drive.

Chancey married his high school sweetheart and best friend Andria Webb in 2001. He then went back to school and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science. They were blessed with three children, Sariah, Elijah and Zayden.

In 2014, Chancey married Jessica Foredyce and was blessed with three more children, Zoey, Aria and stepson Jace.

In 2018, Chancey's love of nature and the mountains brought him to Wolf Creek, OR where his journey ended.

Chancey will be remembered for his love of family, dogs, organic gardening which he shared with all, his generosity and willingness to help others. He had a big heart for his family, friends, and those he didn't even know. We will miss his laughter, his zest for adventure and always up for anything fun. He loved music, playing the guitar and pulling out his harmonica everywhere he went. He was such an amazing artist full of creativity in all areas of his life. We will forever love and miss him.

Chancey was predeceased by his Grandpa Gene Standlee.

Chancey is survived by his children, Sariah (Seth) Harmon, Elijah Standlee, Zayden Standlee, Zoey Standlee, Aria Standlee and stepson Jace Foredyce. His fur-babies, Keena, Thor and Koda Bear.

Parents, Tena (Randy) Livingston and Scott (Helen) Flinn. Siblings, Charity (Rachel) Strong and Chelsea (Robert) Wiese. Grandparent, June Standlee. Nephews, Oliver, Isaac and Owen.

Graveside services will be held at the Hazelton Cemetery, 1980 E 850 S, Hazelton, ID 83335 on October 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Please join the family following the services for a celebration of life and lunch.
