Chan made many wonderful contributions to this community, including those to the World Federalist Association of Pittsburgh and its successor organization, Global Solutions Pittsburgh. His charm, energy, and commitment are greatly missed.

I remember Chan coming by every week to drink bourbon and talk with my Dad about the world and what's possible. They were soul brothers. He stood in for my Dad at my wedding. How great is that?

To family and friends:
We are all a bit poorer without Chan. I served with him in the World Federalist organization for many years. Always thoughtful, wise, and a mentor to all.

What a man! Wish I had met him. Wish I had heard him voice his views, seen him in action. A man who lives by his principals leads a noble life. May he rest in peace.
