My deepest condolences to Margaret, Lizbeth, and Christopher. Our hearts go out to all of you.
Growing up my family rarely went on long trips, but I remember my mom, dad, menzmirig, sisters and I all piling into our old 57 Chevy Belair and driving to Racine for Margaret and Chuck's wedding. I remember thinking what a soft spoken and terrific man my cousin was marrying!
Chuck was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and more, and he will be greatly missed.
Sincerely,
Nancy Hersey and Children

My deep condolences to Margaret and extended family of Charles Balian. He was a close friend during our high school days in Racine WI and as a classical musician helped me immeasurably in my amateurism attempts to write music. Chuck leaves me with many fond memories and an association I will never forget. Sincerely,
