To Alva and all of the family, I send along my deepest sympathy and condolences. I enjoyed Chuck's company so much. He had the heart of a teddy bear and we could always share a laugh, especially when he and your Mom were waiting to be seated at the church turkey supper. He loved those! Blessings and love, Rev. My thoughts and prayers are with the Belch family at this time.

I met Charlie during my time spent with C.P. Rail, first as an Operator, then as a Signalman at 12th Street East Tower, then as a Train Dispatcher/Rail Traffic Controller.

Before Charlie retired, I shared many cups of coffee, and stories, with Charlie, I always enjoyed Charlie's company, and because we both worked with many of the same co-workers, we shared many of the same memories.

I'll always remember Charlie as the happy, fun loving, hard working guy, many of us knew him to be, who like many before us, followed life's path to piece.

I'll miss you Charlie....
