Dear Browning Family:

To know Charlie was to love him. I met him in 1985, when I began working for Dan Prashner in his building. For the next thirteen years, I had the pleasure of getting to know him well and truly enjoyed working in his building. His charming personality and kindness truly made a difference in the lives of many. During those years, I also had the pleasure of meeting Ashley and Matt, who were so much like their father. He was truly a wonderful person, who will be dearly missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
