I worked with Charlie at the City of Parkersburg, but at the Sanitary Board. Always had the most respect for him and his brother Bill. I now live in the Philippines and just now read of his passing. My condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed. God bless.

As he leaves this world he travels to a better place. We remember the good times that we shared with him and the laughs we had along with the special moments. He will truly be missed. The family he has left behind are in my prayers and thoughts as the go through there time of loss.
