Our sincere condolences to Charlie's children and Linda. Charlie was our neighbor over 20 years ago on Market Street for a short but impressionable couple years. I met Charles through our local/Portsmouth Senior Center/Dull Men´s Coffee Group.
Through our discussion´s we learned that we had some common MA. backgrounds.
He will be missed.
