He was a great light!

He was an incredible human being and wonderful brother!! I will always cherish him and the memories he has given us. He is now with his sister, who would have had a birthday the day he died, and his parents. We will miss you every day. Love to Ann and know we will be there for you as always. Carol

Chip was a great guy and Annie was one of the first to see it. He will be missed.

I didn't know Chip, but l know Ann. She always talked about with great love and respect. Sometimes, l felt like l knew him. I am so terribly distraught about his passing. I am concerned for Ann. It must be heartbreaking for her. Sorry l never got to meet him and l send my deepest condolences to the family .

Chip and Ann have been such good boating friends, & we were thrilled when they moved to Florida after we did. We will always treasure the many memories we shared, and will never forget that wonderful twinkle in his eye. We are so happy that we were able to share a great evening together prior to this unexpected tragedy. Our deepest condolences to Annie, and the whole Culshaw family.

The one thing I remember the most was Chip's beautiful smile. You could always count on it lighting up the room! You will be forever loved and missed by your family and friends. Rest In Peace!
