Chuck was an awesome beat partner. I am honored to have worked with him at the Contra Costa CHP. He always had a smile on his face and I had no doubt I could count on him.

In behalf of all the officers Chuck worked with here at CoCo-320, we send our condolences.

Linda and Trisha,

We were so sorry to hear the news about Chuck. He was a kind, wonderful man and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I always enjoyed talking with him because he was so easy to talk to. Although you have been gone for almost 2 years, I sometimes still expect to see Chuck walking Trisha to Green Valley. He was always so kind to Jenna and made her feel welcome and comfortable in your home.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of one of the finest men I have had an opportunity to know. His wife and I were friends in the Alamo Ward there in Alamo California and I had an opportunity to talk with Chuck and get to know the great person that he was. I had the sense that he would do almost anything for anyone you just had to ask and in many cases you didnot need ot ask he knew their needs and would take care of things. He had a kind and loving heart. What I remember best about him is his warm smile and quick laugh. He seemed to always be happy.
I noticed how dedicated he was to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am sorry that he has passed away. Linda I am mourning with you today. he was a fine man. We will miss him on this earth.
Bless you.

Linda and Tricia,
We mourn with you over the loss of your beloved husband and father. I first met Chuck back in the early 1980s when he moved into the Alamo/Danville area. I was his home teacher. He was not a member of the church at the time nor did he exhibit any interest in it. Consequently, it was marvelous to watch him embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ and become a righteous and worthy Priesthood bearer -- as fine a man as any I have known. Chuck and I shared many conversations and experiences through the years. My life is richer for having known him. I am privileged to count him as my friend. His laugh was one of his hallmarks. I can close my eyes and hear his laugh. It was contagious. He was always willing to help with anything that needed to be done. You could count on him to come through on any responsibility he had. Lynda and I and our family send our prayers and deepest condolences your way upon the temporary separation from your beloved Chuck. We love him and you, too. In sorrow and respect.

I feel so sad to hear of the loss of Brother Dalecki. It seems he was always there for me at the times I needed help the most-when we'd run out of gas or right after a major car accident. I will never forget his love and friendship towards me and my family. Thanks, Chuck, for everything. You will be missed.

We have so many wonderful memories of Chuck! He was our home teacher and was always so caring and thoughtful, he would lend a helping hand to ANYONE with his truck, we loved seeing him at the park with Tricia... just to name a few. A gentle, giant of a man! Our thoughts and prayers are with you... Much love, Paul and Donna Wilde and family
