You have my deepest sympathy. I worked for Charlie for 11 years in the employment business. He was always such a gentleman. And a great mentor who believed in training people to their highest potential. I fondly remember the Christmas parties that he and Betty always held at their beautiful home on Seminole Drive. He was a great boss with great patience. Especially running an office with mainly very independent women. He always had a smile and was a great listener. I´m so sorry I didn´t know of his passing sooner.
With his four children and their families, this will be a tough year. Again my deepest sympathy on your loss of Charlie.

We have so many good memories of times with Charlie and Betty that it would take forever to write them here. A very special time together was when they came to our son's wedding in Charleston, SC and stayed with us downtown in an old Charleston home of a friend. We met them since 1967 and they were dear friends ever since. Bob worked for Charlie when we first moved to Erie so he knows him not only as a great friend but as the best boss he ever had. Charlie's obituary describes him to a tee. We feel blessed to have know both him and Betty.

I got to know Charlie (Koo) and Betty through my husband Bob (Boody) Amerman on their many visits to NJ and FL. He was a really good friend to us. Its said that when the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves us a gift of memories in exchange. I'm so sorry for your loss, Ev Amerman

Charlie was kind enough to use me as a vendor who did flyers, and brochures for him, when I was very young. Super great customer and friendly. To this day, I quote the plaque he had on his desk: "Life, is a Temporary Situation"! I also remember when he got his hole in one.

Helene, I am sorry to hear of the passing of your father. I meet him at your graduation from high school but got to know him better during Gannon's great basketball run in the mid 80's. I would always have a talk with him and Joe Ship before tip at the big games. He was funny and great gentleman. One again you have my condolences.

My deepest sympathy to the Farrell family. Many years ago in the 1960's I met your Mom and Dad and was blessed to work with Charlie in the Legion of Mary. Those were very good years and I will always have fond memories of the time spent as volunteers.
