Charles Gibson Obituary
Charles "Chuck" Gibson, 71, of Wadsworth, died Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Magnolia Village Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Wadsworth.
Chuck was born October 20, 1943 in Akron, Ohio to Charles R. and Anna (Sebring) Gibson. He graduated from Kenmore High School.
Chuck retired from B.F. Goodrich as a supervisor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars.
Chuck will be deeply missed by his children, Charles O. (Jackie) Gibson of Ashland, Ky., Cindy (Pete) Laikos of Wadsworth, Stephen (Kelly) Gibson of Seville, Michael Gibson of Pennsylvania and Matthew Gibson of Rittman; grandchildren, Courtney, Emiley, Abigail, Hannah, Alex, and Alyssa; great-grandchildren, Luke and Scarlett; sister, Marian (Charlie) Ward.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville, with Pastor Charles G. Cooper officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Parkinson Society at 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., Suite 265, Columbus, OH 43231 or a charity of your choice.

I just heard of Chuck ' s passing and I am so sorry for the loss of a great man! I wish I could have paid my respects. The Gibson family is in my thoughts and prayers!

I just heard of Chuck's passing. My parents had been friends with him since grade school and I knew Matt when I was a kid. I'm sorry for your loss. He was a good man with a wonderful sense of humor.

Correction to my post earlier. My grandfathers name was James Gibson & Eva was my grandmother. I'm still Pam's youngest daughter.. Sorry grandpa!!
