I will always remember Uncle Charlie with a smile. He was one of the nicest men I've ever known, a true "Virginia gentleman." I was privileged to read his book on his WWII experience and came away admiring the man even more. I always looked forward to seeing him at our family reunions and spending time together. Mary Nell. I am so sorry to learn of Charlie's death as he was a special friend over the years. We worked together at Sperry and we knew each other as children. Margaret and I are so glad that we had a short visit with you both in early August.
