I am so sorry , CB was a true gentleman. We have lost one of the most lovely, caring personable gentleman that I feel privileged to have met. My most sincere sympathies to the entire family.

I'm so sorry to learn of Mr Higgins' passing. He occasionally worked with my father, Ed McDermott, who was a plumbing and heating contractor. Mr Higgins was a longtime client of mine at Pike Insurance. He was always cheerful, always had a smile and a pleasant word. My sincere sympathy to all the family.
