Charles HOAR

HOAR _ Charles Ralph 1915 - 2003 Charles Ralph Hoar passed away at the Rockyview Hospital on December 23, 2003 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by his wife Lois in August 1998. He is survived by his sons, Donald and Steve; his daughter Julie; and his sister Doris. He had four grandchildren, Carly and Clay Hoar and Nick and Daniel Roenisch. Ralph was born at home in Calgary and served in the artillery in World War II and achieved the rank of Lt. Colonel when he returned from the war. He enjoyed the best of both worlds during his life with a house in Calgary and a small ranch in Cremona where he spent a lot of time doing the things he liked the best. A Memorial Service will be held at the Glencoe Club on Monday, December 29, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the West Room. 042807
