Rogers had an contagious grin and spirit. Not sure of the first time I met him but was always very impressed of his work ethic, family ethic and the love of every person in his area of influence. My heart groans that I won't get to see him at our reunions. My prayers and pleads are with you Jane and your whole family.

My family lived next door to Rogers and his family when they lived in Vestavia, AL. I watched Heather and Muffin grow from tiny babies to little girls whom their daddy adored. Rogers was a great guy. Very funny and very nice! My deepest sympathies go out to Jane, Heather and Muffin.

So sorry to hear of Rogers passing. I worked at AmSouth in Florence with him. He was an excellent banker and loved his family and community. Prayers for his family.
