I just found out about Max. I'm so sorry to hear this sad sad news. Matthew and I loved Max like a father and grandfather. My heart breaks for his family but know that he and Joyce are watching over you. Your in my prayers.

So sorry , I loved Max and Joyce for many years.. They were like my own parents. Many memories flood through my mind when I think of them. RIP Max.. You will be sorely missed.. Go be with Joycelene and know that you are loved. Prayers for the family for peace of mind and know that he is in a better place sitting at the right of hand of our lord.

I live in Stephenville Texas and have known Max and Joycelene since 2007. We sure miss seeing them and visiting them when they would come down and spend a couple of days. My SYMPATHY to you two kids and may you always keep them in your memories.

Uncle Max was a true hero of our country and to his family, a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was so funny and such a pleasure to be around. I will miss him.

While I never met Mr. Johnson, I've heard many wonderful stories about him. His family and friends so loved him and that is the sign of true success in life. Prayers for all your family.
