I met Mr. Charles when I was a volunteer at the Youth and Family Development Center in 2015 and spring of 2016. Mr. Charles loved the children and often made exciting tunnels and inclines for them in the Discovery Center room. The children really enjoyed themselves while learning. Thank you to Mr. Charles, a great Foster-Grandparent and a great teacher.
