Charles Kleinow

Charles Kleinow passed away on March 12, 2019 at the age of 72, after a courageous battle with cancer. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he was a successful, self-made entrepreneur and business executive in the career education and commercial real estate industries. He enjoyed playing golf and tennis, collecting wine and art, and supporting numerous charities through the Kleinow Family Foundation, which he started. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and uncle, and is survived by his wife, Lisa, sons Derek and John, niece Breanna, and daughter-in-law Kate. He was also beloved by his many colleagues and friends in New York and Florida, who knew him as Chuck. He will be deeply missed. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in his name be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, or to the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, NY.
