Charlie was someone I considered a friend indeed having helped me and others I know for many years. Always cheerful and ready to help. When he retired, I only hoped he would have a long and fulfilling time ahead. He did. And now he will be remembered for the good he did. Rest easy, Chuck. Lots of folks here keep you in their prayers.

Chuck was a wonderful person. Our thoughts are with you and the family.
