Charles Conrad Locke

Charlie was a wonderful man and a great mentor. I have often though about him and how much his guidance affected my career as a lawyer. His sense of humour always tempered his formidable intellect and energy, and so he was always approachable for advice and guidance. Charlie will be missed but long remembered by the many lawyers he inspired.
