In memory of
Russell Nigro
November 29, 2020
I first met Max as a young lawyer in 1974. He was working in the Court at the time, and he was very helpful to me in many ways. I knew I could always rely upon him whenever I had a personal issue. He handled the funerals for my mom, my dad & my second daughter. We would have dinner together from time to time, and we loved catching up on old stories from the early days of our politics. I moved to Arizona several years ago and I did not hear of his passing. I tried calling him a few months back, but of course did not get through. When I checked the website of his funeral parlor, I then became aware of his passing. I was so sorry to read that, especially since we hadn't gotten a chance to communicate one more time. I will remember Max fondly.

I am sorry to hear of Max's passing. I relocated to Arizona some time ago and I just became aware that he died. I tried to reach him by phone, but did not receive a response, so I looked up his info on the computer. I was saddened to find he had passed in December. We knew each other nearly 50 years, and we last saw each other several years ago where we had a very nice dinner together. He was a very decent and hard-working person, and we shared many good memories. I send the family my deepest condolences.

Just heard about Max's death and I am very sorry. I had many good conversations with him at the monthly alumni dinners. Always a great guy to be around with many interesting stories about his profession. May he rest in peace.
