Charles Angelo Millender was born August 24, 1961 and departed this life on April 10, 2023 at St. Joe Hospital.
He was a native of Jessamine County and raised in Theodore, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Lincoln and Shirley Green of Theodore, Alabama; grandparents, Will and Laura Black of Lexington, Kentucky. He became a member of Cedar Top Baptist Church.
Charles united in marriage to Anita C. Baker-Millender on August 6, 1994 and to this union he gained a step-daughter, Lashanda L. Baker, along with three guardian children, Gracie Adams, Brinden Adams and Trenton Watkins. He also leaves behind loving twin granddaughters who called him daddy, Khalani and Nairobi Hutchinson, one devoted sister, Monica (Ben) Curtis; three devoted brothers, Gary (Iisha Jones) Crittenden, Calvin Crittenden and Lincoln Green all of Mobile, Alabama; a devoted uncle, Otis (Evelyn) Black; aunt, Brenda Campbell of Lexington, Kentucky; one great-aunt, Deloris (Oliver) McKinzie of Bakersfield, California; four nieces and four nephews; one devoted nephew, Benjamin Curtis, Jr., and a host of loving cousins, other relatives and friends.
