Mrs. Mountain, Lauren, and Jeff,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Mr. Mountain was an amazing person and I know he is up there in Heaven watching over everyone.
While growing up and spending time with your family, I remember Mr. Mountain as someone who always wanted the best for his kids and was always kind and generous to others.
Your family is in my prayers.
God Bless You All,
Brendan Adams

We send our deepest sympathy. We both knew Chuck during our time at Wilkinsburg. He was a colleague of Bill's at the High School and Tina's sixth grade teacher at Allison Elementary. We share fond memories of this good man. He will be missed.

Sincere condolences to the entire Mountain family. I have too many good thoughts and memories of "Chuckles" to list, but his humor was always refreshing, especially at difficult times, of which there were memory. My best memory is of his recounting the events of the "No Talent Talent Show" which he was filming. Oh what memories these kinds of things bring back. I'm sure he will be missed by all who knew him.

Cheryl, Lauren, Jeff, Ryan, and Nicole, we are so sorry that your husband and father was taken away from us way too soon. I can't remember the first time I met Chuck because it was so long ago, but thanks to our kids our paths crossed so many times, probably starting with troop 90. And then there was the Buffett parties! We'd put on our tropical gear, go see Tom Watt and the Fruitcakes Band and dance the night away. Many of our best times revolved around Woody High, cheering on the band and the football team. Those Friday night group date nights were the best. Somewhere around halftime the big discussion started about where we were going to eat after the game. And boy did we eat! And then there was Pitt basketball and football; at least that was a team we could all agree upon. When it came to SRU vs IUP we were on different sides but I still loved you, and will continue to be happy every time the Rock beats IUP. As you know, we love our new home in Florida but one of the things we missed was being with our dear Pittsburgh friends. Our hearts are heavy knowing that we will no longer see you in this life. In my mind, you will be up in heaven with the smoker going and making some great food for the angels. Rest in peace, dear Chuck.
