Sue and kids
It was with extreme sadness I learned of Charlie's passing. He was a great friend and mentor. He opened my mind to the possibilities in life, career and faith. He always had a way to lightened the moment with a story or a joke, and this will be how I will always remember him. God bless you all.

My morning walks with Spike will never be the same - Charles was usually sitting on the porch as we passed, and we would wave and comment on the weather, until I would see him later in the day when he would share a story like how he "used to deliver newspapers in our building at 698 Bronson when he was a boy". He was a good person, and will be missed. Lyn Densmore

My Condolences to your family. I was lucky to have Charlie and his legal expertise on my side when working in the insurance industry, and privledged to have had the opportunity to share time with a great person who always had a smile and was quick to share one of his countless stories or jokes.

I had the distinct pleasure of settling claims with Charlie in the 1980's and 1990's. He was the consummate professional. We always discussed our families when we met and he loved his family. May he be of blessed memory.

I and my family were saddened to learn of Charlie's passing. We became friends while we were at the Hewitt firm. Since we moved west we have remained somewhat connected through the McIninch family. My children have fond memories of him at Jim McIninch's cottage on the Rideau Lakes. Charlie was to me bigger than real, as he was always cheerful and encouraging. I have many memories of Charlie which I will cherish.
