I met Mr Person about 13years ago. He was a lovely, smart caring man. Open to new ideas for sadly age old problems. A true hero and patriot. You will be missed beyond measure. Rest well. You lived an exemplary and extraordinary life. Well done.

I didn´t know Mr. person however after reading about his bravery, I felt I needed to write to his family to say" thank you" for his bravery. I would like to say I would have joined him on the bus to Birmingham, however I think I would have been to frightened. Thank goodness he was determined to right the wrong. Sincerely, Jane Ward

I will always remember how he cared for my son which is his great nephew. He always shared his books with him to include a Tshirt that my son proudly wore. He will definitely be missed. Thankful for his many WORKS...He will NEVER be forgotten.
