The best Plant Manager that Pantex ever had. A great individual and a good friend to all who knew him. My condolences to the Poole family on their loss.

I'd like to extend my sincere condolences to Charlie's family, especially to Chuck and Jim. Charlie was a very special fellow and it was wonderful to visit with him when he so graciously attended Dad's funeral two years ago. His gentle smile and the twinkle in his eyes will be sorely missed by all.

We have lost a long time friend, over 38 years. Many fond memories of the "rec hall" at I.O.P. Charlie always treated everyone special and he will be missed by all the I.O.P. family and the Pantex family.

Nice men are hard to find and their loss is even harder. He will be missed.

We lost a very close family friend. Charlie had a tremendous positive influence on my parents and their warmest memories were the days spent with Charlie and Kay. Life long memories. Charlie made the effort of traveling alone to my father's funeral 2 years ago and that compassionate gesture will remain with my family forever. We'll truly miss him.
