My dad and Irv Roberts were friends and also both in the hardware business many years ago when Colorado Springs was a nicer, smaller community! I had the chance to meet Irv several times through my dad and he was truly a kind and generous man who made it a point to get to know me. My mom also sends her condolences. She had recently mentioned Irv and wondered where he was. Now we know: he and my dad are talking hardware together! God bless Irv and his remaining family.

What great memories of Uncle Irve and Aunt Charline, and their gracious hospitality. Getting to visit with them was always special for Jim and me. We'll never forget the summer gathereings in his beautiful yard.

We will always remember Irv as a sweet, interesting and brave man. I wish I had the opportunity to get to know him better.
Rest in peace Irv you will be dearly missed.
