CHARLES "BOB" SCHRODER

Age 87, died October 11, 2003 at Yale Medilodge. Born March 10, 1916 in Duluth, Minnesota son of Charles Henry and Helen (Blau) Schroder. Charles attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received his Masters in Metallurgy. He was a member of the Metallurgy Society. He married Barbara Riley in October 1943. Survived by children; Karen (John) Dluge of Almont, Beau Schroder of Hazel Park, Helen (Doug) Edmond of Riley Center, Charles Schroder of Maryland, Deborah (John) Bradt of Washington Twp., and Fredrick Schroder of Hawaii. Grandchildren; Debra Dymtro, Douglas Edmond, Shannon Mailloux, Jennifer Edmond, Carrie Karpus, Joey Ali, Christie Ali and Andrea Ali. Great-grandchildren Sierra Dluge, Tanner Dluge, Noah Mailloux, Ann Marie Mailloux, Katie Mailloux and Matthew Edmond and brother Thomas Schroder of Colorado. Predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara in August; his beloved grandson Steven Dluge in 1999 and siblings Richard Schroder and Mary Di Meo. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-12 noon, Tuesday, October 14th.
