Mrs Stowell and family, Chuck was my district supervisor when I was "that little from Elizabeth" he also was the director of aging when I was a county commissioner. He helped make our summer bus trips a joy and added much good will to the travels all over the county. He was a very good man and help many many people. Thank you for sharing him with us.
