Charles "Chuck" Van Dusen

To my best friend!

It's been years and years but I played with Chuck in a rookie league of prospects who might sign a contract or continue on to college. We played against each other in summer leagues as I was from Hemet. He is one of the true standouts who made an impression on me with his poise and abilities. Rest assured that Chuck was not just a ballplayer but a great ballplayer who's attitude towards the game was the best. I am sure this carried over in life and he was a great person and a pleasure to have known. My condolences to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to Central Jr. High with Chuck, and we played baseball together at Poly and RCC. He way a heck of a player.

Dear Skye and family,

I was so saddened to read this.
Although it's been a while, I often think of you and your family. Your dad was very nice to me the times I met him. Be strong, I know it's the hardest time. I've been there...I'll pray for all of you, condolences to your mom who I worked with at the school district and a prayer for your grandmother who was my teacher in Middle School.

We will miss your laugh & smile

Chuck...you will always be special to me. I'm so glad we were able to share Elliott and Randie Leigh together, and know that they remain in your heart. I'm equally glad that I was able to be there for you in the end when you needed me. We miss you and will think of you always.
