When I was a kid, I thought Charlie Woddruff was the tallest man in the world and the leader of all the police everywhere! He was someone that we ALL turned to time and again. How grateful we are that the Woodruff family always understood and were so gracious in "sharing" their Dad and husband. Like Vickie said - he walked mighty tall ~ our deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers go out to all of you.

I have many wonderful memories of good ntimes, before aging and illness did their damage to our bodies. our spirits remained young, and we enjoyed time spent together searching for eagles along the river, or having lunch with friends at Lights, or being with the many great friends at Kalurah Shrine meetings. Without Charlie, and his devotion to Kalurah, I never would have had the privilege of meeting the Amish families whose children were being taken to one of the Shrine hospitals. I will miss all those good times, but I'm glad Charlie is not suffering any longer. He was loved by many, and will be missed.
