No one is forgotten when they thought of.
Mr. Charlie was a lawn care customer of mine for a few years before he passed. I always took time to sit on his front porch and talked with him

Mr. Holt was one of our favorite patients for over 30 years. His kind smile and easy going personality was always a pleasure to see. There some people you feel blessed to have crossed their path in this life and we feel he is one of those.

I only had the privilege of meeting Charlie -- my wife Aimee's great uncle or perhaps great great uncle? -- a couple of times. But it only took a few minutes in the company of this kind, gentle man to understand implicitly why Aimee, her sisters and her mother held Uncle Charlie in such high regard. I'm glad to have had the chance to know him and grateful for his legacy that lives on in his loved ones and mine.

Uncle Charlie has been part of my life that I will truly miss. Growing up, I always looked forward to being with him at Christmas and visiting him at his house. I loved seeing him working in his gardens. After moving to Seattle, I enjoyed sharing updates of my children with him. My oldest used to call him Uncle Charlie Brown--I think the brown hat he wore was the connection for her. Charlie you were loved and will be missed.

I had the privilege of meeting Mr Holt this year. To be on this earth for 101 yrs, we should all be so fortunate. I was told our picture was in his room at hospice, how thoughtful to have those who care and adored him were at his side. Rest in Peace Charlie, I will remember your kind and gentle spirit for years to come.
Sincerely,
Kate Stewart

My first job after graduating high school in 1961 was working for Mr Holt at Peeler Hardware. He was a good boss and a fine man. May our Lord give comfort to his family.

Sure will miss Mr. Holt. When I did his yard work, he would love to sit and talk on his front porch.
