So very sorry to learn of Charles's passing. I parked in his lot for many years. He was always kind and shared his huge smile! He was a wonderful ambassador for downtown Waterbury! He knew everyone and everyone knew him! Charles had a unique way to make everyone's day brighter. He was extremely proud of his wife and family. I am lucky to have known him.
Please know that you will all be in my prayers.

May God grant you eternal peace Charles... God knows you have successfully completed your task here upon this earth. I'm sure he is welcoming you with open arms. You will he missed .
