Charlotte Heinrich

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlotte Heinrich age 82, on March 1, 2025, surrounded by her 2 daughters and several of her closest friends. Char's kind and compassionate nature will be missed by all who knew her.

Charlotte was born on April 19, 1942, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Don & Ione Moe. She grew up in Everett, Washington, and later graduated with a nursing degree from Pacific Lutheran University. After graduation, Char moved to Hawaii to begin her nursing career, where she met her husband of 25 years. They moved to Portland, Oregon, where they raised their two daughters.

In addition to her role as a dedicated mother, Char worked alongside her former husband in their business, where she served as the office manager for their office machine service and sales company. Outside of her professional life, Char was deeply involved with her daughters, her friends, her church, and dedicated much of her time to volunteering with Bristol Hospice. Her nurturing and giving spirit touched countless lives.

Char is survived by her daughters Sharilyn (John) Brooks and Kathryn (Joe) Hermes, her four grandsons, Ryan (Lydia) Brooks, Matt Brooks, Colin Hermes and Michael Hermes, and one great-grandson, Micah Brooks, along with a host of dear friends who were fortunate to have known her.

A memorial service to celebrate Char's life will be held on March 22nd at 2pm, at West Linn Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Father's Heart Street Ministry in Oregon City, Oregon, an organization dear to Char.

Char will be dearly missed, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
