Being friends with Tara for 35+ years, Tara's parents were like my 2nd set of parents. Ms Charlotte was truly a wonderful woman , inside and out. She was so proud of her girls, Landon, and Baby Gervais on the way. The world has lost a beautiful soul, and she will be truly missed by so many people.
