Charlotte Ann Phillips passed away on January 7, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Born on February 6, 1952, Charlotte was a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
Charlotte was the beloved wife of Gary Phillips for 30 years. She is survived by her husband Gary; her stepdaughter Kimberly Phillips Harris; son-in-law Josh Harris; granddaughter Jolie Harris; and grandsons Max Harris and Charlie Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Charlotte Cathey.
Known for her kindness and warmth, Charlotte touched the lives of all who knew her. In retirement, she found joy in crafting, particularly creating beautiful wreaths to adorn her front doors. She also loved traveling and cherished the time spent with her stepdaughter and grandchildren, who brought immense happiness to her life.
A devoted Christian, Charlotte's faith was a cornerstone of her life. Her family takes comfort in knowing she has been welcomed into God's embrace with open arms.
Charlotte will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her, especially her husband Gary. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
