So very sorry about Sheryl's passing. She was such a lovely lady and had such enthusiasm for whatever endeavor she tackled and always accomplished. She will be greatly missed by all that were fortunate enough to know her.

I didn't know Cheryl Martyn real well through Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood but Have heard wonderful things about her from many of our agents. I was saddened by the news of her passing. My prayers and sympathy go out to her family and friends.

Cheryl Helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We were just kids... Cheryl treated us and looked out for us like we were one of her own.. We still have her house warming gift in our home today from over 20 years ago. God bless the Martyn family.. Cheryl will be very missed...
