I worked with Cheryl from Jan-Aug 2007 and although we never became close friends, we ate our lunch together almost every day and I enjoyed her company very much. She was a positive, fun person to be around, and I am thankful our paths crossed for those few months. I am saddened to hear of your loss. I know well the pain of losing a mother and hero to cancer and that words are never quite enough. Please take comfort in what you have and in one another. You are blessed with great friends and family, and they are there for you. This is an awful pain and, at some level, it will be with you always. Life is like that. However, I promise to you that the sadness will turn to fond memories, that the days will seem normal again and that your mother will forever live on with you in ways you do not yet know. You each face your own road, but thankfully you have one another to help find the way. I am thinking of you and your family. Better times will come.

Kevin and family, my heart is broken and tears are flowing. I loved working with Cheryl at Veazie Veterinary Clinic and will always remember all the great times we shared. It was always good to see her when she would stop in at the clinic. She was a great nurse at the dialysis center where she would see my husband when he was having his treatment. Cheryl touched so many lives. Just want you to know that she loved you so much and was so proud of all of you with all your accomplishments. Hold on to all your wonderful memories you each shared with Cheryl. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you. Believe me I do know what you are going through as I am still coping with my own grieve.
