Cheryl Wilson Obituary
Cheryl had a gentle and loving spirit. She loved the Lord and cherished going to church. She had a special fondness for animals and always enjoyed wearing her favorite red lipstick and red nail polish. Cheryl had a remarkable memory and never forgot a family member's birthday.
She is survived by her sisters, Madeline Averett and Melanie Erickson and husband Norm Erickson; her niece Amanda Pettey and husband Parrish Pettey; and her grand-niece Lily Pettey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and James Wilson, and her grandparents, Guy and Thelma Croom.
A private interment will take place at Glendale Cemetery following cremation.
Cheryl will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gipson Funeral Home in Lufkin.
