Chigger Hyatt, 34 of Anderson, passed away on April 6, 2017 at Stanford University Hospital. He was born August 26, 1982 in Redding, CA. He attended Igo Ono Elementary School, then was home schooled through high school. He worked for Chuck Wolf Sand & Gravel from the age of 13 to current.
Chigger met the love of his life, Kari in 2003, and they got married June 3, 2006. On August 24, 2007 they welcomed their first daughter Kinsey, and on March 22, 2016 they welcomed their second daughter Hadley into their family. In October 2017, they will welcome their third child.
Chigger was a loving husband and father. His girls were his entire world. He loved to hunt, fish, ride his side x side (scooter), BBQ on his traeger, drink Colorado Kool-Aid around the bonfire with his friends and family. Chigger was the life of the party and didn't even realize it. His laugh was contagious, his smile is unforgettable, and he was the best loader operator around.
Chigger is survived by his wife and best friend, Kari; Children Kinsey, Hadley, and Baby Hyatt; Mom Sherry Holland; Sister Tasha Holland; "Mom" (Mother in law) Chris Workman; "Sister" (Sister in law) Kerby Spencer; "Gramma & Gramps" (Grandparents in law) Bill & Carol Thompson, Niece Angelina; childhood best friend James Nuzum; and many family and friends.
Chigger is preceded in death by his Grandparents Marvin & Betty Hyatt and Father in law Buck Workman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 pm, April 22, 2017 at 5945 Dale Lane, Anderson, CA.

Brother you are my Hero from the day i was born .You loved me unconditionally and I am so thankful for all the beautiful memories i have of you.You were so talented and smart and had the biggest heart. I feel very blessed to of had Chrigger as part of my extended family, he truly was one of the nicest people I've ever known. The Thompson/Workman family struck gold when he joined their family as did he. You will be so very missed Chig! I love you all so much!

Kari: we've never met but when i was a morning jock on the now-defunct HANK FM, Chigger and his buddy at the plant were faithful listeners and callers. always enjoyed their calls, even looked forward to them. one of my best memories from hank days was driving into the plant to meet both of them, after company dropped me for no real reason. wanted to meet them and tell them why mornings might be a bit different from then on out. I wish you well and will always have fond memories of Chigger and his enthusiasm.
