So sorry to hear about your loss of Chiu. He was such a kind man, and so eager to learn more about the culinary arts. In my short week with him @ the Nait Culinary Boot Camp, he was never without questions. I will miss his smile. My sincere condolences to the Lau family.

I was saddened to hear that Chiu passed away. I have known Mr Lau for over 25 years. My wife and I were there the day he opened the restaurant the first day in Millwoods. We have spoken with him on rare occasions when we saw Chiu. He was a very generous business man, friendly whenever we met and I will truly miss him. His legacy will carry on through his sons and I know they will make him proud.
