Chris Romano Obituary
Born on October 11, 1967, Chris lived a life filled with love, dedication, and passion. She was a devoted mother to her children and a steadfast partner to John Garrity for more than 25 years. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Chris is survived by her loving partner, John Garrity; her beloved children, Angela Romano, Lexie Garrity, and Austin Garrity; her devoted mother, Geraldine Messeri and her granddaughter Hayden. She also leaves behind her brother, Dale Drazil (Vickie), and sister, Laurie DeMaria, and her nephews Brandon and Kyle who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Drazil.
A passionate sports fan, Chris cheered fervently for the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Her love for animals was evident in her dedication to rescuing and caring for them throughout her life.
A Funeral Mass will be held on March 28, 2025, at St. Raphael's Catholic Church, located at 525 Dover Center Road in Bay Village, Ohio, beginning at 10:30 AM. Following the service, a Celebration of Life luncheon will take place at the Westside Irish American Club at 8559 Jennings Road in Olmsted Township.
Chris's kindness and unwavering love for her family and animals will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
