I had the great pleasure of playing many golf rounds with Chris. He was always fun to be with, and had a great infectious laugh. Playing at Colonial with him when he aced old #13. At one time I had a lower handicap than Chris, but soon it was obvious I should have taken up tennis. God bless his family and all that knew him. EHHS grad '66.

Chris and Jack Townes were a formidable pair each year in the Colonial Father/Son tournament. Dad and I played with them several years in the 70s 80s and 90s. So sorry Chris had to leave this world early. God bless the entire family.

I hadn't seen Chris is so many years, but do I ever see Uncle Jack in this pic of him. I'm so very sorry for your untimely loss. He was a few months younger than I. We never know when we are going to be called home. Stay strong Sharon, Kyle and family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, cousin Sally

Chris was my much admired, tall, lanky older cousin who took us to play miniature golf, taught us how to play penny ante poker, introduced me to frozen Zero bars, and always had funny stories and jokes to tell. It's a shame that we never lived closer and got to spend more time together as we grew older, but I will treasure these memories always. I am sorry I won't be able to attend the memorial and life celebration, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of the family--especially Sharon, Adrianne, and Kyle.
