I visited Dr. Koulis once or twice when he was a doctor in Prospect Heights. I had a terrible headache, his office was open on a Sunday and I went there. He was a very kind man, very personable and he helped me with my situation. I was very surprised and sadened when I heard about his indictment. I was really shocked to find out that he passed away, several months later while watching The 49 Hours program ( CBS). May God rest his soul and give courage and strength to his family, on their difficult and so painful situation.
