We miss you Christa

I sure miss seeing Christa. She absolutely loved coming to the pool at West Central. The water was one of her happy places, as you can see from this photo. RIP sweet girl.

I first met Christa when she was 18 and I was amazed with her love for life. I just now found out of her passing and I am in total shock! Christa was a remarkable young lady and loved by many people, including me. My condolences goes out to Kathy, Mike, David, and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be missed. I am so so sorry.

Christa was a curly topped wee one at my first job at Easter Seals. I can still see her infectious smile, and the devotion of her family. Loved seeing her out and about town, last time at a "First Night". Hugs to you Kathy. May your memories give you comfort.

I was so sorry to hear about Christa. I was out of town Thanksgiving week so was unable to attend her memorial. I have many fond memories of her years at Independence High. I especially remember our camping overnight at Recreation Unlimited. She was very special. My deepest condolences to you and your family.

Christa was such a happy person, full of joy! She loved having Sandie and I sing "You Are My Sunshine" to her. She was loved by everyone and cared for by many. She is now a star in the heavens.

Christa was my favorite niece. I always enjoyed getting her on and off the YAS bus and showing her photos of my grandchildren and great granddaughter. I will miss her smile.

Christa had a wonderful infectious smile that lit up the room. She was so full of life and love. I remember when she got one of her first boards and we could communicate easier. She could hardly contain he enthusiasm. I was privileged to grow up a few houses down the street from Christa and Kathy. They were so loving and kind to everyone.

Kathy I just heard the news of Christa's passing and I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I sure loved spending time with her in the pool and have many wonderful memories. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and I send condolences on behalf of the Aquatics staff here at West Central.

I so regret not getting out to see the two of you in the last years, but please know that Christa, and you, have always been in our hearts. I know your parents will be the first in line to receive her above, but be assured I know that mom will be the next in line waiting with open purple wings to embrace her!
