Christian Estrada Obituary
Christian was attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge at the time of his passing and was a junior majoring in Petroleum Engineering. His years at LSU were some of his happiest. Christian was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He most dearly loved his fraternity and fraternity brothers. He graduated from The Woodlands College Park High School in 2009. During Christian's upbringing, he was very active in sports having played baseball, soccer and basketball. His most cherished sport was basketball in which he was very active. He was on the Knox Middle School and College Park High School basketball teams through his sophomore year in addition to playing basketball for 10 years with WCBL (The Woodlands Competitive Basketball League). Christian had been a member of the Boy Scouts and was in the honors orchestra playing the violin while in middle school. He was also a member of National Charity Roundtable of The Woodlands. Christian was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Houston, having been baptized and confirmed there.
Christian is survived by his mother Linda Anne Malone Estrada and father Edward Estrada, DDS who live in The Woodlands, Texas. He has one sister, Laura Elizabeth Estrada who also lives in The Woodlands. His grandmother Cecelia Estrada lives in San Antonio, Texas. His uncle, Albert Estrada, also lives in San Antonio. Christian also leaves behind an uncle, Robert Estrada, his wife Robyn and children Andy and Katie who live in Houston, Texas. He has two other uncles on his father's side, David Estrada who currently resides in Santiago, Chile and Phillip Estrada who along with his wife Graciela live in Guadalajara, Mexico. Christian leaves behind two aunts on his mother's side. Aunt Betty Jo Moll who lives in Missouri City, Texas along with Cousin, Terry Moll and her daughter, Josie. Cousin, Vikki Spencer lives in Chicago, Illinois. Aunt Dorothy Nichols lives in Harrah, Oklahoma along with her husband Charlie and their children Michael, also of Harrah and Matthew who is stationed in Italy. He has two other cousins, Nicholas Charles and his wife Courtney their children, Isaiah, Christian and Nicole who live in Oklahoma and cousin, Shanna Charles who lives in Oklahoma.
Visitation will be Friday, June 20, 2013 at Forest Park The Woodlands from 6pm -9pm.
The funeral memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2013 at Forest Park The Woodlands at 2pm.

Even though we did not know Christian personally, it is obvious that family was an important part of Christian's life. Viewing the photo gallery, it is evident that Christian was raised in a loving family. It is the love of your family and friends that will help you through the loss of Christian. We were all blessed to have Christian in our neighborhood and in our lives. Halloween was every child's favorite time of year in Grogan's Point because it meant the Haunted House would be open at the Estrada's!! No one loved holidays more than Christian and Edward and no one celebrated life more! Our hearts and prayers go out to you and our little corner of the world will never be the same without Christian. Christian always was one of the nicer kids on the school buses when I was younger. It seems like yesterday when The Charbonneau's, Duszynski's and my brother and I were causing ruckus in Pastoral Pond. I am so sorry for your loss, he will be greatly missed.

I certainly remember the very day Christian was born! He was a much anticipated baby by Edward, Linda, and Laura!!! He was a beautiful baby and continued to grow and thrive as a baby, good-natured child, mischievous teen with a GLOWING smile, and finally, as a handsome young adult at LSU. Christian marched to his OWN drum and lived life with daily happiness and much fun! He loved his friends and family and thrived on laughter, humor, and memories-in-the-making!!! God bless his soul for all eternity and may he entertain the angels with his wit and humor, but most of all, with that big beautiful heart-swelling smile!!!!
