Still think of my friend Chris often; miss him every day. He would be happy to know that Owen Ratliff and I still play the old-time tunes on fiddle and mandolin, and remember his excellent guitar backup

Chris and I played old-time music together as members of the Washington Old-Time Fiddlers. But also we two spend many Saturday afternoons playing guitar and fiddle together, passing instruments and tunes back and forth, with a break for coffee and Chris´ homemade cookies. Blessed memories
