Christian Watts Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 1, 2022.
Christian passed away peacefully on October 1, 2022, with his family by his side. He was a loving fiance, son, brother, uncle, nephew and grandson. Christian leaves behind his fiance Christine Kahl, who he loved to spend time with, whether it be taking trips to Maui or spending time with their pug children Max and Minnie. Christian also leaves behind his loving mother Karen Watts, his little sister Brianna Watts, his future brother-in-law Chris Sullivan and his niece Lydia Watts. He was "the rock" for his family and being a big brother was one of his most important roles. Watching Christian with his niece Lydia, making her laugh, playing Barbies or Roblox was one of our favorite times. Christian was able to show Lydia what it would be like to spend time with her dad, Kenneth Watts, because they shared the same silly sense of humor.

Christian was an impressively intelligent person who stood out among the rest. His mom and sister loved to listen to the stories he would tell and the research and opinions he would share about current events. He was somebody who could master anything that he put his mind to. He was outstanding at cooking, bowling, playing pool, ping pong, board games and computer gaming, among many other things. His family is very proud of him for the life that he built for himself. He got his work ethic from his dad John Watts, and he spent over 20 years working at Direct Security and One Touch Media as the "go to" person, working alongside his long-time friend and father-like figure, Rich Goulas. His friendship with Rich meant the world to him. He was very proud of his career, his beautiful home, his 15-year-old Honda and his skills in financial planning. Although the loss of Christian has been devastating for the loved ones that he leaves behind, they try to find peace in knowing that he is now reunited with his father John Watts, his brother Kenneth Watts, who he missed terribly, his grandpa John Watts, his grandma Rosalie Watts and his pug Mocha. He is already showing his loved one's silly signs from above and we hope to feel Christian's presence until 5WATTS meets again.

Christian, I miss you so much. I'm at peace knowing that you were in heaven and you are continuing on your journey. I think the Lord for allowing me to be your mom. It's been such a joy spending most of my life with you, watching you grow and develop into such a wonderful person that I cherish. I miss watching you interacting with your brother and sister. I miss that I'm never going to be able to see you in the image that you were on Earth. I do know that you are with us. Especially when I walk into the kitchen and noticed the TVs is turned on yet again! I love you with all my heart, you are my angel from heaven and now you're my angel in heaven.

This was taken a day after he proposed to me. We were so happy and decided to celebrate by taking a helicopter ride around Maui, HI. A memory I´ll never forget.
