Christina. You are always on my mind, 19 years later. Dragonflies are everywhere, always. Can´t miss them and don´t want to. You are remembered by so very many friends, co-workers, family, school mates, and new people we meet and You come up in our conversations, always. We will NEVER forget you. Songs are so comforting and my favorite is One Small Star to Guide Me by John McDermott. Makes me cry every time but gives me hope you are in a much better place and I hope to join you one fine day. I was one of the people who only knew you for a few years and was never really close to you but knew you through some of your best friends. I cannot even begin to explain how much Christina has impacted my life.



When I attempt to try and write something it sounds trite. Let's just say that every night, before I go to bed, I pray for her and know she is in a good place looking down on all the lives she has touched and is smiling!

I would like to share a memory of Christina. It may not even be very funny to anyone else. But her and I could not stop laughing.



We were getting on the highway headed up to the mountains, as we did nearly every weekend. As we got on the on ramp there was an orange cone in the middle of the lane. I being very overly dramatic at times, screeched and scared C more than the orange cone in the middle of the road. She gently turned the wheel of her C I V and we were easily around the cone. She continued to laugh at me the entire way up the mountain. Screaming out of nowhere "Oh my Gosh, its an orange cone."

She really liked to tell the story to and she was very good at imitating my panic over an orange cone!



Thanks for laughing at me C-Star, appreciate that, really I do!!

Christina - I will never forget the fun and laughter we shared. The long hikes on each camping trip, the times downtown, or just sitting at someone's house to hang out. These are just a few of the memories I have that I will carry in my heart for as long as we are apart. I can't wait to make more when we see each other again!

I was Christina's advisor at Regis University. We first met on November 29, 2005 when she came to my office at the DTC campus to sign her degree plan for the Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. I was so impressed that day with Christina's focus on her goal of degree completion and her enthusiasm about getting started in her Regis classes.



She completed a difficult economics course in the first Spring term and was enrolled for more; Christina was justifiably proud of her outstanding academic record at Regis. In her short time with us, she contributed greatly to student and academic life in the Regis School for Professional Studies. We at the Denver Tech Center campus mourn her absence. We rejoice in the gift of her presence in our midst.

Even though I never had the chance to meet you personally, I know that I would have enjoyed making your acquaintenance.
